MTG Twitch Overlay
A downloadable tool for Windows
A Magic The Gathering Twitch Overlay -
This overlay is transparent and is best used as a game capture in OBS that is above other sources
( make sure to enable allow transparency for the source )
Features :
Announces Chatter: per viewer who chats per stream announcing their name and displaying a random magic card
Channel Point Redemption 1: Search - lets viewers search for any magic card and it will display the card on the screen
Channel Point Redemption 2: Random Commander: Viewers can trigger this award to have a random commander displayed on the screen
Transparent 3d chat: twitch chat is displayed on the right side of the screen, angled back and transparent, great to be able and see chat messages without having to check another monitor or phone
Version 1.3 changelog
-- added TTS - TTS can be enabled from the menu by clicking the check box to read what users type out loud - takes into consideration the exceptions list so make sure to add your chat bots to that list to prevent reading bot messages
-- removed a chunk of old code that was originally going to control a chat sword fighting game that I had forgotten to remove
Version 1.25 changelog
-- Chat text color now saves after changing and remembers your last chosen color on next load
updated the announce chatter object to do a small visual after showing the chatters name
Version 1.2 changelog
--Chat text color can now be set, click back onto the overlay and press Left Shift + Z to open the color choices. Use Left Shift + 1-6 to select color
Version 1.1 changelog
--- chat now wraps around so if a long message is sent from a viewer the message will not be cut off in the chat box
Version 1.0 changelog
--- Changed how saved information is stored to be more secure, now all data is stored in an encrypted file rather than a text document
--- Added a name exemption list, add up to six names for the overlay to ignore for announcing joining the chat ( names are case sensitive )

( how to use channel points )

2. Go to https://www.instafluff.tv/TwitchCustomRewardID/?channel=YOURTWITCHCHANNEL ( replace YOURTWITCHCHANNEL with your channel name )
3. Go into your offline chat and redeem the channel point reward, this will send an alert to the above website displaying the ID number used and text entered

Unless you change your channel points or the name of your twitch channel, you will not need to enter your information the next time you open the application
I do not own the rights to any audio or images used, all rights/credit of images/audio go to Wizards Of The Coast / Hasbro, and the magic card images are from the public API Skryfall
This Overlay will always be free, I do not profit from the use of this application
