Turtle Quest Update V2

The first big update to turtle quest is ready

Menu:

Main Menu is no longer a static splash screen

 Customization:    

 Added birthday hats for the turtle that can be selected on the character design screen

Player Prompts:     

the player is now prompted to wait for the turtle at screen transitions to prevent it from moving too far away from them

Party: 

The birthday party can no longer be started until the turtle is at the party

Dynamic clouds: 

I  did not like that the clouds were static in the background so now instead they travel across the screen

Art: 

Updated some of the sprites that had graphical errors

 I still have plans on expanding the gameplay itself but need to plan out how I would like to go about it.
